The Hungry Alaskan's Facelift

The Hungry Alaskan is going on its seventh year.  Though I haven't posted since 2015, I still reference old recipes regularly and have lots of folks ask for links. There have been numerous fresh starts in my life this year, and I am looking at 2018 to be a fresh beginning.  With that in mind, The Hungry Alaskan is getting a more professional facelift.  I plan to begin updating the site again and continue to cook delicious goodness. What are you looking forward to in the new year?  What recipes would you like to see?
